the problem was solved? 

i have a similar problem 

 

 

PC is http://support.hp.com/mx-es/document/c02232028

 

ive bought 2X4gb DDR3 PC3-10600 240 PIN SDRAM

http://www.adata.com/en/dram/specification/49

 

im gonna try the memest , i checked if there was a BIOS update of my mobo but nothing

 

the PC runs whit the old RAMs (2X2gb)

when i change them for the other 2x4gb ( same DIMM port ) it stuck into a bucle 

i ve try whit just one RAM and it let me get BIOS but doesnt start the SO

 

please help im getting crazy
