HP PAVILION DV4
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

 MY LAPTOP HP  PAVILION DV4 IS PLUGGED IN AND IT IS NOT CHARGING. THE LAPTOP WILL GO OFF IF THE PLUG IS REMOVED. PLS HOW DO I SOLVE THIS

Hello @ADEX2,

 

 

Seems like the battery is DEAD on the PC. You will have to replace it to resolve the issue.

 

But before you replace, Test and calibrate the battery once.

 

Also  please check your Notebook with a known good Battery from a different Notebook, If possible
