Product: hp ZBook17G3Mobile Workstation
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
I want to use a USB drive for making a recovery disk. When I insert the USB drive, I do not see it on the computer screen when following the steps for making recovery disk as shown in the user guide.
What should I do ?

If you follow the instructions in the link, you should have some success in making a recovery disk.

If this doesn't work, please could you provide more details about what is appearing on your screen so I have a better idea of how to help you
