I just had my Laptop BSOD me for Memory management issues last month, and a month later, It' did it again. I used these steps and the HP Memory Checker utility to confirm my 2GB Memory stick that came with the laptop has decided to quit. Thanks for the help with that

Hello morgfarm1,

I understand that your memory has stopped working.

Here is a link to a number to call HP and see what options they have to replace the stick of memory.

If your system is not under warranty,

If you will post your product and model number, I will link you to your service manual that will walk you through the steps to replace the memory.

You can find this information by holding the FN key and pressing the ESC key.

Let me know how everything goes.
