Hi,
Here you may check that Microsoft Flight Simulator X will run on Windows 7 64 bit without any problems.
Here you will find system requirements for this game and will be able to download trial version.
If trial will work then you will not have any problems with running full version.

Greetings,
As Daniel stated , check the system requirements on the products website. In reviewing the specifications you included in your message, it looks like you meet the requirements to be able to play the game. One important element you left out is the video card specifications in your notebook. Use the link below to find the exact model number if you do not know what video card is in your machine.
Locate the Notebook Product Number or Model Number
You can also use the device manager in Windows to find this information.
Here are some pointers if you decided to run the demo:
- The first time you run the game it will adjust the settings to what the game thinks your system can handle, however you will want to adjust these settings to get smooth frame rates with the maximum eye candy
- Adjust the "Full Screen Resolution" to the native resolution of your notebook's LCD screen size
- Change the "Target frame rate" in the graphics to somewhere between 20 - 30 FPS. Around large cities and airports you should set this to UNLIMITED to let the game manage the resources of your system more efficient as there are a lot of polygons the system has to calculate in these areas
Once you get up and running with the basic settings, you can experiment with the various settings to get better performance for your hardware. I have been using FSX as a benchmarking application for my PC builds for years. Just reply back if you need further guidance.
