Dammit....

 

I found out the issue, without even buying anything at all...

 

Seems like all HP netbooks will only accept the rams with 8 chips instead of 16 chips on them (4 vs 8 on each side) of the memory module... So now I need to find a 1333mhz ddr3 ram stick with 4 chips on each side... :robotmad:

 

Why make it so difficult, why why???

Yep, I bought a 4 chip per side Kingston 2gb ddr3 1333mhz ram and it worked....! This is an issue all netbook manufacturers should seriously look into.

The part number was KVR1333D3S8S9/2G.
