Product: HP ProBook 4540s Notebook PC
Operating System: Windows 8.1

Hello there, 

 

I currently have a  HP ProBook 4540s Notebook PC(Energy Star) laptop and found that my Base System Device Drivers  are missing. I have been trying very hard to find them but to no avail. Honestly I don't even know what they are or what they do, but i'm very sure I need them. Please help me if possible.

 

P.S. This is my very first question and do apologize if the format is confusing or lacking in helpful information. If there is a better way to format this question please inform me and I wil try to do better the next time.:smileywink:

Try:

 

JMicron Media Card Reader Driver

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp63501-64000/sp63637.exe

 

If it fails, attach the hardware ids.
