Product: hp stream 11
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Hi 

 

i recently re installed windows 8 on my HP Stream 11 (from an official DVD with proper licence) as it wasn't working properly under window 10. However i am still getting 8 devices showing with errors in the device manager.

 

I have downloaded and installed all the updates from the HP website but nothing will clear the devices

 

The main problem is the touchpad as it is the only thing i can see that is not working

 

has anyone got any ideas on how to fix the problem?
