I am missing this driver Base System Device here is the information for the driver

That appears to be a TV-Tuner. Have you checked your models support page for a driver?

I have looked at the drivers and can't seem to find it if you can take me to the right one it would be most appreciative. here is my product number kr835av I am having difficulty locating this driver

NICE awesome thanks vary much for taking your time I know I am being a hassle with all this questions. I have one more question which I think is urgent is that my laptop shut down abruptly and a blue screen came up asking to update my BIOS and or disable BIOS memory such as caching or shadowing. I am terrorifyied and don't know what to do. Any help will be most appreciative. thanks again for your help aswell

Have you updated to latest BIOS version for your model> HERE
Also,Enter BIOS setup by tapping/holding the F10 key immediately after powering on the laptop.Use Diagnostics to test your memory.
