Hi,
You need the driver for your Ricoh Card Reader - if you need a direct link to this can you post back with the full Model No. and Product No. of the notebook ( from the service tag underneath your notebook ) - see Here for a further explanation.

Go into Device Manager, right click on the problem device and select Properties. Click the Details tab, choose Hardware Ids from the dropdown box and post back with the details shown under Value.

The sound of my laptop does not works, the model is Hp Pavillion dv6000 I went to the window of device manager and I saw that in the driver of Base system device has two drivers that does not works, the first one is the:
PCI Bus 2, device 5, function 2
and the second one
PCI Bus 2, device 5, function 3
I tried to update these by internet clicking on update... but it shows a message that say that could not find a driver software for this device...
So, please... I need help I will appreciate this thank you so much.

I have the same problem as original post. PCI bus 8, device 6, function 2. Mass storage device driver not found. Currently installed Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit. My laptop is an HP Pavilion dv5163cl Notebook PC. In the device manager screen the Hardware Id's are:
PCI\VEN_104C&DEV_803B&SUBSYS_30A5103C&REV_00
PCI\VEN_104C&DEV_803B&SUBSYS_30A5103C
PCI\VEN_104C&DEV_803B&CC_018000
PCI\VEN_104C&DEV_803B&CC_0180
Any links where i could download the missing driver?
It's kind of odd that HP would not post windows 7 drivers to support an updated operating system. headaches like these are usually easily avoided. Instead of geting a thumbs up for HP for automatid driver detection and install, HP chose to turn its back to its customers and now trying to save face by getting their techs working over drive in fixing these driver issues.
