Hi, @ ando05:

The missing devices are your JMicron card reader drives:

Here is the driver for them.

Hi,

I've got more or less the same problem. I have two unknown "Base System Devices", but the Ricoh Card Reader driver does not solve the problem.

I have installed Windows 7 Home Premium, Version 6.1 (Build 7601: Service Pack 1) on HP ProBook 4530s laptop with p/n LW806ES.

Device 1: PCI Slot 2 (PCI bus 35, device 0, function 3)

Device 2: PCI Slot 2 (PCI bus 35, device 0, function 0)

What are these devices and what drivers need to be installed?

Thanks for the help!

Hi, Nico:

The Ricoh drivers don't work in your machine, because you need the JMicron card reader drivers for yours.

If you only show error on 3 x base device, then no you don't need all drivers_only Card Reader.
