Hi,
It seems im missing drivers...can someone help me out here?
MAP MAS-iOS:
BTHENUM\{00001132-0000-1000-8000-00805F9B34FB}_VID&0001004C_PID&6E00\8&1EF5E964&0&10417FDBBC1D_C00000000
PCI Device:
PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_5249&SUBSYS_2255103C&REV_01\00000001004CE00000
Wireless iAP:
BTHENUM\{00000000-DECA-FADE-DECA-DEAFDECACAFE}_VID&0001004C_PID&6E00\8&1EF5E964&0&10417FDBBC1D_C00000000
And for some reason the fingerprint doesnt work any more? Any ideas on that? I cant seem to find a place to registrate the fingerprint anymore. It has worked earlier, but i wonder if it was after a BIOS update it stopped working.
Best regards,
Allan

Hi Aagaard
I think you should just cross check your installed drivers with the drivers given on this page :
http://h20564.www2.hp.com/hpsc/swd/public/readIndex?sp4ts.oid=6978822&swLangOid=8&swEnvOid=4158
It also has your fingerprint drivers.
Maybe you need to update them.
Just few more tip :
If you are unable to install some device drivers & you were sure they worked on previous version of windows, then you can try these :
1. Try to get drivers from the windows updates ( on win 8.1 select the updates, don't automatically install them. few drivers are in optional tab)
2. If the driver pack which was installed in previous windows version is unable to be installed then do this :
a. Unpack the driver to default location.
b. Now right click on my computer (or This PC) & click on manage.
c. select device manager.
d. now right click on the appropriate device driver & select Update Driver.
e. now select browse from my comuter.
f. give/select the default path where you extracted your device driver setup earlier.
g. click on next & let it install.
Above method may also work on unknown devices (shown in yellow question marks),
but process is tiresome, as you have to manually chose each & every extracted setup for it.
I do hope my solution will help you. 🙂
And don't forget to mark this as solution if it worked for you.
And please give kudos(white thumb in purple box).

Hi:
For the PCI device you need to install the Realtek card reader driver from your notebook's support and driver page.
For the other devices which are bluetooth related, the only suggestion I can offer is to install the corresponding model bluetooth driver for the model wireless card your notebook has if you have not done so already.
