Would someone please help me with the key combinations for both the 'insert' and 'pause' keys that are missing from the keyboard of my HP Envy 15-ep0008na. Thanks

Thanks for replying!
The 0 Key at the bottom of the number pad on the upper-right corner of your keyboard will function as an Insert Key when Num Lock is turned off. That is why it is labeled with both 0 and Ins on the key itself. Note that the Shift Key can act as a temporary toggle for Num Lock when you press one of the keypad keys (just like the Shift Key acts as a toggle for capital letters). Therefore, when Num Lock is on, pressing Shift + Numpad-0 will function as an Insert Key.
For pause- Fn + right-shift.
I hope that answers your concern adequately. Let me know!

Hello TEJ1602 and thanks for trying but neither option you advised works The '0' key only has an closed symbol on it which shows when I toggle using the shift key and I cannot find an 'Ins' option anywhere on the keyboard, Also the Pause option you mention sadly doesn't work either so I'm still searching for answers.
But I appreciate you trying and hopefully someone will be able to provide the solution.

None of the native work-arounds worked for me. I ended up using SharpKeys.
