Missing network and pci comm drivers

I reinstalled win 7 (didn't have recovery image) and am missing a number of drivers.  I fixed a few of the problems,  but hit a wall with a few.  Since wireless is one of the problems, I have no way to run online utilities from the  damaged pc.   I need the drivers corresponding to the following hardware id values:

pci\ven_8086&dev_3b64&subsys 144a103c&rev_06

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_0084&SUBSYS_13158086&REV_00

pci\ven_8086&dev_3b64:

This package provides the Intel Management Engine Interface (MEI) Driver for the supported notebook models and operating systems. The Intel Management Engine Interface enables communication between the host operating system and the Intel Management Engine firmware.

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_0084:

This package contains drivers for the supported Intel PRO/Wireless Adapters in the supported notebook/laptop models and operating systems.
