Hi,
I sent back an HP Zbook 15 G2 for repair, after it arrived brand new with marks on the screen lid.
Now, I sent it back in its original box.... as the one supplied by the courier did not fit when he tuned up.
Not only did the original box and packaging get thrown away by HP...(I can understand this because its policy), but upon return, I also see that the black microfiber fitted screen protector is missing too.
This is not acceptable, as the Zbooks over time DO mark the screen surface. Ive looked everywhere, and I cannot find a part number for those HP screen cloths... Can someone from HP PLEASE help me get the exact screen cloth that is shipped with the Zbook 15 G2 machines?
I do not think this is too much to ask on a laptop which was specced up at £3000. I do not want a third party one, but the original one which went missing when the laptop was in for repair.
A small issue for some I realise, but its not fair that these things go missing, through no fault of my own.
CHeers to anyone who can help.
