Hi all,
Please someone let me know, that..
my device manager displays- "Mobile 5th Generation Intel Core USB xHCI Controller - 9CB1" with an EXCLAIMATION sign!!
I can't know about this hardware - exectly what does it indicate..?
and which driver it wants..?
Secondly, My laptop has automatically taken up the sound driver i think, Device manager displays
"Intel Integrated Graphics - 1616" instead of Intel 1500 as mentioned in the model specification on hp.com site..!!
Lastly, My Keyboard short-key controls e.g. Increasing/Decreasing Brightness and Sound Mute with "fn" key
are not working which drivers would i need to install to get these functionality...
Finally, [I am Sorry..!] - I run the .exe file driver for BIOS update and also done successfully. then I also restarted my
Laptop.. BUT when I got
to CMOS/BIOS setup pressing F10 at startup... It shows me the same CMOS Version there F.1 instead of F.1 Revision A.
It seems that the setup did not upgrade the BIOS version sowhere..!!
So Please Help....!!!

Don't worry about the BIOS version. Sometimes the version number does not get updated. If you saw "flashing BIOS or writing to BIOS" then it did update.
