Mouse turns into Magnifying Glass

Ugh..! This has been driving me crazy. I was able to do the following and it works - double tap the upper left corner of the Touchpad twice. It turns off when it's tapped twice and turns on the same way.

My HP does the same thing it does it's own auto zoom when every it wants! Just to and does what it wants! I thought it was demonic possession LOL LOL cause it has a Zoom mind of it's own! Really I am joking!! Please help me:)))

I am experiencing a limitation expanding the maximum size of the magnifier.

I have maxed it out using the mouse button + sweep mouse but it is still not wide enough.

Is there a configuration somewhere in control op or in the Hp folder, or even a registry file i can access?
