HP Recommended

Hello users, i'm writting to you and on this forum because HP help is unreachable and it's a shame.

Here are the multiples problems I have with this notebook :

1) Poor battery life, even on hard efficiency mode !! I can't get more than 5 hours of web navigation, i'm with the ips panel and ryzen 390.

2) poor screen reactivity, it take almost 30ms change frame, even if it is a 60 fps screen it feels like a 30fps when using (even when plugged in with the official charger)

 

3) After latest Bios update, I have to force reboot EACH time I turn the computer on, it's a nightmare

 

4) Other gan chargers, even 140 w, seems to put the device in a degraded mode, it's a shame as these charger are perfectly capable to power this device.

 

5) No place to configure watts allowance to the cpu, gpu.

 

6) Keyboard sometimes "Stall", especially when gaming (so you're moving forward with "w", and the w stop being detected.

 

Anyway I hope this post will make hp reacts, as there support page is unreachable and these failure is unacceptable for such a pricey machine. I'm close to buy a asus TUF A14 instead.
