My AOC e1649fwu monitor flashes on and off like mad alternatively with my laptop screen.


I just bought a new laptop a HP probook 470 g1 have updated it to the latest graphics drivers but the problem persists. I also installed the lastest displaylink software because the original software on the cd that came with the monitor caused the laptop to have a blue screen of death. I made sure I unstalled all previous displaylink software before using the latest.

 

Can the HP probook 470 g1 handle a usb powered monitor powered in to it?

 

I'm running windows 7 64bit.


Any ideas?

Check the BIOS version

Uinstall the AMD Video driver reboot, uninstall the Intel HD driver reboot

 

Install the new intel HD driver

reboot

 

Install the Display driver and test it

 

After test install the new AMD driver 13.152.1.9002 REV: C
