My G62 laptop wont turn on

Hello, my hpG62 won't turn on. I tried turing it on with the battery inserted, taken out and ac adaptor. There is no light at the port or on the keyboard when I attached the ac adaptor ( i have tried different ac adaptor as well with no success).

Any diagonostic you can suggest would be appreciated very much. Thanks

I am experiencing problems related to the same issue. (HP G62 110ss)

The difference is that when I plug the adapter without the battery, the led next to the power jack is white. If I press the power button, the power jack led flashes orange three times very fast only to revert back to staying white. If I connect the battery, when I plug the ac adapter, dc jack light turns white for two seconds,  then changes to orange for few seconds only to start blinking orange. When pressing the on/off button, light flashes orange three times then continues blinking orange. The on/off light never turns on, not even blinking.

Needless to say the laptop won't turn on, not even pressing and holding the power button for 30 seconds won't help.

Anyone had this issue before?

I have to mention that the laptop suffered a powerful hit  at the center of the keyboard (the hit was fist related 🙂 )

Where can I find the light codes ? PC's have error beep codes and one could find those easily. Not so easy for this laptop.

Please, help me!

I have HP G62 and when i turn it on the screen is black and my caps-lock (color LED - white) and F12 (color LED - red) buttons have the LED on... The cooler is running... Last night my laptop was working perfectly and this morning when turn it on SURPRISE, it wasn`t working... Any solutions for this problem?

P.S. Caps-lock LED is flashing...
