Product: Hp 15

My laptop runs really slow. It takes up to 2 minutes to go to a webpage. I always hear a background noise like something is loading. I did a factory reset and it still is happening. I have high speed internet. My Dell or my  macbook never did this.  Only this HP. Any assistance will be appreciated because god knows I can contact Bigfoot faster than an HP representative.

Hi,

Can you provide the exact model of your PC to further help you. Another couple of questions. What Web Browser are you using? What antivirus do you have on system? When you di the restore did you let the OS install all updates, are there any updates which are not installing?
