Product: HP ENVY 17 Leap Motion SE NB P
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)
I have been using this computer for 3 years and it has always worked completely fine. However, when I tried charging it, I noticed that the charger itself wouldn't fit into my computer. When I try to see what is wrong, I find a little circular thing on my charger that is not allowing me to plug it. What do I do?

Hi,
After 3 years now you find out the charger won't fit. Are you sure you are using the right charger or mixing up from other computer ?
Regards.

Sounds like it may be a pin is bent or broken in either the plug or receptacle.
