I understand you are getting an error please install the HP UEFI support environment on your laptop.
Try restoring the BIOS to default. Turn on your PC keep tapping f10 key.
Press f9 key once to restore BIOS defaults. And check if the issue persists.
If you still have the issue try running system diagnostics from F2.
Turn on your PC keep tapping F2. You will boot into system diagnostics run memory and hard drive test.
If the test fails then replace the hard drive or memory accordingly. If the test passes Try running recovery from f11.

If the issue still persists please order a set of recovery discs by contacting HP.
