Windows Vista Business OEMAct

Hello

2 days ago I started playing music on my laptop using the aux cord connected to the radio player. It was working fine at first until I saw at the startup menu, it said Start Windows Nomally or Launch Startup Repair (recommended) , I clicked Launch Startup repair and when it started to scan for problems it said Startup Repair cannot repair this problem automatically. After that I tried like 28 more times and still the same results. Please help me
