Product: HP Notebook - 15-ay039wm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I did a factory reset on my HP notebook and it has been stuck at "resetting this PC 41%" for 3 hours. What do I do now?
Perform a push button reset to re install Windows on your computer

Are you performing a Microsoft Windows reset or a factory recovery with the use of recovery media or the HP Recovery Manager?
