lol thanks, I have AVG will that work ok? I also have glary utilities and I havent run it in a while. Ill run both and see how that helps. Thanks alot.

I would download, install and run superantispyware free edition fron www.superantispyware.com . This is one of the best spy/ad/malware removal tools that I have found. Give it a try, it will probably find a lot of things running onyour computer heating it up and bogging it down.

Yes, I've gone through 2 hp laptops both had heat related issues.  It seems that hp laptops have about a year to a year and half lifespan unless you can keep them cool externally.  I blame it on hp's terrible design that they still continue to use and dust build up inside that restricts proper airflow.  HP wouldn't do a **bleep** thing to help because I was just out of warranty.   All that I am sure of is that I will never buy another hp nor will I recommend one to anyone, they got enough money out of me ($4,000) for 2 laptops that are now nothing more than paperweights, boy do I feel cheated.

Its my second computer from HP and it gets so hot that the only way i can use it its by using the dock.

 

On the phone they had no answers

 

The adds I or any of my friends will get an HP are SLIM
