Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

For some strange reason my mouse pointer jumps around all over the screen with random clicks and right clicks. I have done 2 different AV checks, 2 different malware checks, A system restore back to before I had problem Download a new driver When I disconnect the wireless mouse and try to use the touchpad it does nothing, left and right click buttons still work a wired mouse will funcfion the same a wireless mouse. I am at a loss can anyone help

Well after a bunch of thing I finally got an app for windows 10 that will downoald all new kernal programs called 10 APPS manager from microsoft. With that download all is well took maybe 30 mionutes to do the download and fix the issues.

How Do I Find My Model Number or Product Number?

 

I understand that your mouse pointer jumps around all over the screen  and randomly  performs clicks. You have checked for viruses and malware and none  were found.  You also tried doing a restore back to before this occurred and updating the drivers to no avail. You also have the same issue with a wired mouse.
