Hi @RTrider,
Welcome to the HP Forums!
It is a wonderful place to find answers and tips!
For you to have the best experience in the HP forum I would like to direct your attention to the HP Forums Guide.
How Do I Find My Model Number or Product Number?
I understand that your mouse pointer jumps around all over the screen and randomly performs clicks. You have checked for viruses and malware and none were found. You also tried doing a restore back to before this occurred and updating the drivers to no avail. You also have the same issue with a wired mouse.
Here is a link to HP Notebook PCs - Using the TouchPad or ClickPad (Windows 10) that may help.
Please let me know the outcome.
