This solution worked for me.  I wonder if uninstalling the HP Softpaq manager had anything to do with breaking the functionaility.  Anyway, a quick download and install of sp72075 fixed it.

Driver was for a Windows 7 64Bit OS and it worked.

Thank you for providing the link for the SP72457 pack for Windows 10; that really worked for me. I am imaging a lot of HP EliteBook 840 G3 laptops through MDT and was running into the NXP driver issue when installing the SP20714 in Windows 7 Enterprise 64bit.
