HP Spectre x360 Convertible Laptop PC 13-aw2000 (8UY96AV)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi Everyone,

I just purchased the HP Spectre x360 Convertible 13 AW2000 (8UY96AV) and I was shocked to find that the optimal viewing angle is extremely narrow. When looking at a point, only that point appears bright and all the surrounding areas appear dark and it is very irritating to the eyes. (I am talking about the condition with the Privacy Screen button turned off, the privacy screen feature is working fine). But when I checked out the display model at the store before buying, it was looking fine without this issue.

I have found that some other users have also raised this issue but I couldn't find the answers to be solving the issue.

I need someone to help me out in this regard. Whether the laptop will be replaced for me or refunded with the exact same price I paid for. I need someone who are working in HP itself to provide me the answer.

P.S - I bought the laptop in the UAE a month and a half ago, currently moved back to India. I need it to be replaced/refunded in India itself.
