Hi HP Support,

 

Could you help to send me the SMC.bin file to reset BIOS in my laptop?

 

I already contacted a HP support guy on 27-May by chat and he promised to send it to me on Monday 29-May, but it's so disappointed that I have not received any response from HP until now. I just tried to call to 1-800-334-5144 many times today but still cannot reach any supporters as they seem to be busy all the time 😞

 

Please support me on this as soon as possible. I will provide all details of my laptop when required.
