Microsoft Windows 11

I have been dealing with a Bluetooth connection problem. I contacted Microsoft support and they did try on two different occasions to help, but they recommended that I ask for the downloads for the Bluetooth driver compatible with windows 11. The only one that is available through search is windows 10. I hope that this is the right board. It isn't a problem on Microsoft's end or any problem with any three of the Samsung earbuds I'm trying to connect(the blue tooth shows other devices, but when I click to add earbuds, it doesn't show. Microsoft said it was that I needed the drive download so that I could install it and I need it for Windows 11. Thank you in advance for those that can help. I've been at this for almost a week now.

The product specs for your notebook indicate that it comes with an Intel AX200 Wi-Fi adapter.

I have 3 of those cards installed in HP desktop and notebook PC's and the BT works just fine on W11.

There is a W11 driver for the Bluetooth which you can download directly from the Intel website at the link below:

I already downloaded that. It still didn't work for me.
