Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This HP Pavilion X2 was always blackign out ever since I purchased and finally does not want to start, I need 

need the recover USB  or recovery link for this HP product as soon as possible

 

When I purchased this, there was no cd, recovery cd , windows 10 cd nothing.

 

Can anyone help? Thanks

YES, The recovery media should be purchased from HP. 

 

Unfortunately its not free and cannot be downloaded.

 

The recovery media will come in the form of a CD/DVD/USB.
