Got it to work! Thanks. One of those programs did it. I think I installed like 30 drivers but now it's working. It gives that error but I can select the item as a playback device and it works just fine. Who cares about an error that has no effect on anything lol.

If you need drivers, please follow these steps:
1. In the Run box type devmgmt.msc.
2. Unknown devices would be listed as such and marked out with a yellow question mark.
3. Select the unknown device or other device for which you need drivers and right click to access Properties.
4. In the Properties window click on Details tab and select Device Instance Id or Hardware ID from the drop down.
5. An alphanumeric string like this PCI\VEN_1217&DEV_7130&SUBSYS_012F1025&REV_01\4&6B16D5B&0&33F0 is the identification marker for the device.
6. Please provide this number so that we can suggest the appropriate driver.

Vidya

I have a problem with my tx2-1001au bluetooth device. I checked it with device manager it showed as unknown device with error code 43 and no hardwareID in device manager (Installed driver is usbfilter.sys). I tried with msinfo32 command and it showed unknown usb with this PNP device ID:
USB\VID_0000&PID_0000\5&19B221D5&0&1
Location Port_#0001.Hub_#0005
Please help, Thanks.

I'd like help if possible.
I have HP pavillion DV6 - 1210SA
Running Windows 7 Home premium 32 bit
I have a bluetooth dongle with hardware id USB\VID_0A12&PID_0001&REV_0100
I'm trying to connect to a logitech bluetooth speaker adapter but have been unable to find any up to date drivers that will install. tried several packages from here but even though dongle is powered and shows in device manager updates say no device is present.
I know that A2DP is required but just dont know how to get the right drivers - if at all
any help would be appreciated

Is there any chance for new drivers? I've got a dv7-1053ez.
