Ok I have the adapter and it is installed and working, now how can I listen to my music through the headset???

ok I had to go into the device manager and update all the drivers, they then showed up as Bluetooth and Bluetooth enumerator, but before they were listed under network adapters as unknown devices, once I updated drivers all was well.....

Trying to use a bluetooth headset (Plantronics M55) with my laptop (ProBook 6570b) running Windows 7 Enterprise (64-bit).  I am successful in pairing it, but it does not show up in the "Playback Devices" list for sound.  I have both the Handsfree Telephony and Headset services enabled in the Properties tab for the headset which I accesssed from the Devices & Printers > Bluetooth Devices area.

The hardware ID for the Broadcom 20702 Bluetooth 4.0 Adapter is USB\VID_0A5C&PID_21E1&REV_0112 and the Hardware ID for the Microsoft Bluetooth Enumerator is BTH\MS_BTHBRB.

This forum thread solved my problem as well. I had to reinstall windows from scratch to get the .Net framework to work right again after my AV tool started having fits over .net apps dropping DLL's into %TEMP%... (Apparently this is permitted in .Net for some silly reason)

I used the sp47022.exe driver for this device ID:

BTHENUM\{0000111e-0000-1000-8000-00805f9b34fb}_LOCALMFG&000f

Computer:

HP HDX-16T 1200 with HP integrated BT module.

Hello,

I have an Envy 17 with the Intel Centrino Wireless-n 2230. Bluetooth is not working properly. I see the following missing drivers in device manager:

Bluetooth Hands-free audio

BTHENUM\{24df01a9-3e4f-4c9f-9f66-5aa8ab14f8f4}_LOCALMFG&0000

Bluetooth Peripheral Device

BTHENUM\{00001105-0000-1000-8000-00805f9b34fb}_LOCALMFG&0002

Bluetooth Remote Control

BTHENUM\{84a1e9b8-12ba-4a9c-8ab0-a43784e0d149}_LOCALMFG&0000

Can you help me find the drivers for this? I have installed the latest drivers available on the Intel website for the Centrino Wireless n_2230 but it is still not working properly. Please help!
