Is the recovery disk one you got from HP or "home-burned" through the HP Backup and Recovery app when the laptop was new?

And this was originally a Windows 8 system? Did you ever upgrade to Windows 10?

The disk are home burned when the notebook was new.. yes my notebook came with original Windows 8 and one time I upgrade to Windows 10 also.

Then you can reinstall Windows 10 from media you make at the Media Creation Tool site:

Sorry sir I dont have bootable disk of Windows 10, I have just only Windows 8 bootable disk. Is there any other solution, please help me. Thank u for your support.

You have to make the Windows 10 bootable disk. The site I linked above will walk you through it. Please describe the Windows 8 disk you do have. We can maybe work with that.

Sorry to interrupt you but why its not possible by windows8 bootable disk? I have already downloaded windows 10 iso file, I think it will work but I need to make it as bootable.

I never said it would not. That's why I am asking you what it looks like. What version of Windows 8? 64/32? Home/Pro 8/8.1? If it is not exactly the same as was shipped with your laptop it will not activate.

Its 64 bit single language. Actually I don't understand why I am getting issue to install the os. Hard disk quick and extensive test is also ok. But one information I want to share with you that there is no disk1 disk2 option in BIOS setup utility.
