Product: HP 15-ac013dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
2 days ago I just got my new HP notebook and I was very excited. When I first opened it and put the battery together. It looked really nice. I then turned it on and it started to load up. As it did it have me some questions so it could adapt to my normal style of using PCs. Before I could finish me and my family had to go out to eat so I turned the laptop off and left the house. The next day, I turn on the laptop and it takes me to a question about my language and location, and then my WiFi and then my settings. After that, the screen loads with the words' Just a moment'. I wait, and wait and then the screen goes black. I was confused and thought it had crashed but it had restarted and then it took me to the questions I started with. I tried everything I could to stop this process but it only persisted and then it stopped asking me about WiFi and just stuck with language and settings. I have still not seen the actual capabilities of my laptop as this glitch is messing it up. My questions is if anyone can please help me fix this? Please!?!!!?!!!!

Hey, congradulations on your HP purchase!
One thing i can recommend, and it may seem like a burden but may be required because the machine was shut down before the set up was finished, is to do a simple reset on the machine, as in preform a factory reset. Now, what is the Make/Model of the Machine?

Hey sorry, ok. From the PC being off, push power button then hit the esc key repeatedly. You should see a few options. F11 *should* be System Recovery. Select that. Then tell come up to blue screen with a few options. Select Troubleshoot, then Reset your PC. you can choose "keep my files" since you have nothing till be faster than the other option. Make sure laptop is plugged in charging and DO NOT TURN IT OFF AGAIN. PLEASE. Once done it'll do the initial set up again. Allow enough time to do the set up my friend. Let me know if it works for you!
