I am having trouble locating the Mobile Broadband module in device manager, it appers no where to be found. I have installed all drivers since updating to windows 10 and when I run HP Support Assitant there are no available updates. When I try to run the Gobi 4G WWAN module firmware update (found here:HP lt4112 Gobi 4G Device Firmware Update) it tells me that no port can be found.
Does anyone have any ideas as to what might be the issue here? I have also provided a screenshot of my device manager.
note: i have not inserted a sim card into the tablet yet

You're missing the ethenet (wired) adapter and the WWAN adapter.
I have no idea why the wwan module isn't showing up. Is it turned off in W10 in the settings?
If you have LAN/WLAN switching enabled in the BIOS, that could be a reason why the ethernet adapter is not showing up.
LAN/WLAN switching...when you are connected by wireless, the ethernet adapter is automatically disabled to save power.
When you are connected by ethernet cable, the wireless is automatically disabled.

This specific model does not have an ethernet adapter so thats why you dont see one. I am not sure why the WWAN module is not showing up either. I have tried installing all required drivers but its not even showing up in device manager at all. I have seen another post on forums with this same problem that went unanswered.

Under the circumstances, I would contact HP techical support and submit a support case under the warranty.
The product specs definitely state that it has that model WWAN card, and it should be showing up where that Intel wireless adapter is showing up.
If it had W7 on it, I would say to install the HP connection manager software.
That would tell you what the issue was with the WWAN card.
But the connection mgr software doesn't work on W10.
