Hi all,

I have a video display problem  with my new HP 3005pr USB 3.0 Port Replicator:

I get no HDMI video signal when connecting an external display on the HDMI port of the 3005pr.

Moreover,  there is no DisplayLink tray icon on the task bar. (Like described in the 3005pr documentation)

I tried to replace the included drivers and install the latest 3005pr drivers for Windows 8 with SP63952.exe service pack found on the HP Support Center at:

http://h20565.www2.hp.com/portal/site/hpsc/template.PAGE/public/psi/swdDetails/?sp4ts.oid=5256506&sp...

The new drivers are correctly installed and are the following revisions : (Displayed in the "Uninstall software" from the Control Panel)
- DisplayLink Core Software 7.4.50415.0
- HP Port Replicator Software Installer 1.3.28

In the ControlPanel/Hardware and Audio/Devices and Printers I found an installed DisplayLink USB Graphic Device with the following items:

- DisplayLink Display Adapter (430A) with Driver Version: 7.4.48800.0

- HP USB 3.0 Port Replicator with Driver Version: 7.4.48800.0

- HP USB Giga Ethernet with Driver Version: 7.4.49014.0

- HP USB Media Audio with Driver Version: 7.4.49439.0

- HP Périphérique USB composite with Driver Version: 6.3.9600.16442

The USB and audio ports are successfully replicated and work properly.

(I didn't check the replicated Ethernet connexion nor the DisplayPort connexion).

I have no signal opn the HDMI replicated port if I connect my new Pavillon23xi display and extend (or duplicate) the Windows desktop on the second display. (It works properly when directly connected on the Laptop HDMI port).

My configuration is : HP ENVY 15-j198ez / Windows 8.1 x64

Intel® Core™ i/-4702MQ CPU @ 2.20GHz

Graphic Adapter NVIDIA GeForce GT 750 M
RAM 16Go

Product number: F9U64EA#UUZ

Port Replicator : HP 3005pr USB 3.0 Port Replicator  Part Nr : 681280-001

Display: Pavillon 23xi

Note that I also discovered a suprising yellow sign and error message on the NVIDIA GeForce GT 250 M device driver: (ControlPanel/ Hardware and Audio/Devices and printers/ in my laptop device icon there is a yellow sign issuing from the NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M graphic card)
The following message is displayed: "Windows has stopped this device because it has problems (Code 43)" (Nevertheless, everything seems ok on the laptop display or the external display when connected on the HDMI port of the Laptop...)
The NVIDIA device driver version is: 9.18.13.2680

Any help greatly apreciated.
Thank you..
