The speaker is not working properly. I can't hear anything.

Device details are:

Realtek High Definition Audio

Driver: RTKVHD64.sys

Version: 6.0.1.7231

First plug in headphones and check if you are getting any output or not.

if there is sound in your headphones, then there is something wrong with your speakers and get them replaced. If you are not getting sound in your headphones also, there must be something wrong with your drivers. Try to uddate or reinstall your driver using HP Support Assistant.
