Hi@Sabiha101,

Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!

I see you are experiencing issues with the HP Stream Notebook not booting to windows just goes to error message.

At the startup, before windows attempts to launch, Press F11 to launch the HP Recovery Manager.

First, press the Volume Down button and then press and hold the Power button for about 4 seconds. Release both buttons until the Startup Menu displays. From the Startup menu, tap F11 to select System Recovery.

Please use the below steps to run an extensive hardware test on the device:

  • Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the computer.
  • Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second. When the menu appears, press the F2 key.
  • On the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics (UEFI) main menu, click System Tests.
  • Click Extensive Test.
  • Click Run once, or Loop until error.
