I need to figure out how to turn numlock on my laptop. Here is my keyboardhp-pavilion-g6-keyboard.jpg

Since there is no conventional number pad, they probably deleted it from the keyboard thinking it was not needed.

If you need to use the numbers more than the special fn keys, you can change the behavior of the fn keys in the bios on most models.

I have the same exact key board on my computer. I have the pavilion g6. I am having the same problem. I was looking up on the web how you turn the num lock key on and one thing said to press the fn key but that's not on my key board! I went in hp support assistant and I was reading one of the user's guides and it said something about the fn key and I don't have that on my key board. I'm not sure if there is a way to turn the num lock key on or off on this computer. I really hope there is though. I will reply to the comment if I find a way to do so.

The thing from the other thing I posted was saying something about there was an fn key next to the f1-f12 keys.
