I saw this post never got an answer and I have the EXACT same problem :

https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Video-Display-and-Touch/OMEN-s-Laptop-Monitor-Blinking/m-p/86...

My laptop : OMEN Laptop 15-ek0133nf (2T3C3EA)

"  If I turn on "hybrid" type of graphics in the settings of BIOS or in the Omen gaming hub and if I do nothing with my mouse for some seconds and after that I start doing something (scrolling, zooming etc.) the tint of grey blinks a little.

It can be noticed much better in such programs as Blender, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe AE, Davinci Resolve etc. If I do nothing everything is ok. But if I for example change the position of the element in AE or move around the object in Blender the grey color changes its tint.

When I stop moving anything it changes the tint again. It is invisible if I record my screen and then watch the video. The tint changes only in program that is used by me (even Edge and Brave). If I switch only discrete graphics - everything is OK because only my GTX 1660 ti is used at one moment.

That's why I think that the problem is hidden between two drivers: the driver of Intel Graphic Card and the driver of NVidia. However, both these drivers are up to date.

How can I use "hybrid" type of graphics without monitor blinking? It is economical I think. I also tried using windows feature of selecting prefered video driver in these programs, I switched on only nVidia graphic card but it didn't help me.

Now I have the only solution - turning off hybrid type of graphis for the discrete video card. But I want my computer to work for a longer time. How can I fix this bug?  "
