Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I want to restore the factory setting of my netbook but it says there is no harddrive and i don't have a back up copy of the original operating system which is windows 7 starter.  what will I do.   Below is the complete detail of my netbook:

 

Model:  HP mini 210-1000

product number: WB888EA#ABV

"No hard drive" is the bigger problem...when does it say that?
