HP Probook 650 G1
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Using SCCM 2012 R2 SP1 and MDT trying to get drivers to work in a driver package but the end result always comes up missing drivers for "PCI Simple Communications Device" and several different "Unknown Devices".  Some of the drivers in the softpaqs do not extract to .cat, .sys and .inf as desired.  How can I apply these drivers into my OS while imaging.

We are a mixed HP shop having multiple different HP notebook/laptop/desktop/workstation products.

Any assistance appreciated.

Thanks!

Hi:

When I extract the driver for the PCI Simple Comms Controller device (Intel management Engine Interface), there are setup information files in the Drivers folder.

Unknown devices...the 3D driveguard driver would have a setup information file upon extraction.

There are too many other unknown devices to be able to determine what drivers are needed (fingerprint sensor, webcam, etc).
