Hi,

Is it possible for the model EliteBook 2540p to support OpenGL ver 2.0? I've tried upgrading the graphics driver but the highest version that I can get is version 1.1. Are there any drivers available for this upgrade?

Thanks!

Anyone has any information on this query?

Thanks.

2540p's graphics are listed as Intel Core Processer with HD Graphics (1st generation), which supports OpenGL 2.1. Get the latest drivers from Intel, which are 8.15.10.2858 for Windows 8 (get from Windows Update) and 8.15.10.2827 for Windows 7 and earlier (get from Intel). To confirm that you have OpenGL 2.1, download GL View 3.0 ver. 4.08 from the Web. I also find sometimes that even when an application says OpenGL is not present, it is in fact present and will run anyway (this happens with Google Earth, for example)..
