Hello! I'm wondering why my laptop does not have touchscreen when that's what I ordered? Thank you!

Model: HP Pavillion 15 AU020wm

Windows 10 Home

Version 1607

Build 14393.187

Product ID 00325-80721-64798-AAOEM

Processor: Intel Core i5-6200 CPU @ 2.3GHz to 2.40GHz

Ram: 8GB

System Type - 64-bit operating system, x64 based processor

Pen and touch: No pen or touch input is available for this display

I'm really bummed about this when I orderd the one with a touch display. Is this an error on your end for shipping me the wrong model?

Hi,

It does have touch screen (but no pen):

Please check Device Manager to see: does it have the touchscreen entry
