Another problem still exist in my laptop..

 

I cannot access net in my laptop( either via broadband connection or reliance modem)

 

what is the appropriate driver for network connection..

(laptop specifications are already mentioned in previous messages..)

Go into Device Manager and post back with the Hardware ids of any problem devices listed under network adapters.

Let me know the following.

 

1.  Are you trying to connect wirelessly or via a wired connection.

 

2.  If you're trying to connect wirelessly, can your notebook see the network you need to connect to?

 

3.  From the Start Menu, open All Programs, open Accessories, right click the Command Prompt and select 'Run as Administrator'.  In to the prompt type the following command and hit enter.

ipconfig /all                        ( Note that there is a space between ipconfig and the / ).

 

Copy and paste the results into Notepad and then copy and paste these details with your next post.
