Thanks so much i appreciate it, also i noticed that once i formatted this laptop envy 1105dx which had windows 10, now that i have installed windows 7 which i prefer do to speed and easier to use, i have noticed that the laptop overheats and shuts off. is there a specific software that i need to install on windows 7 so that it won't happen again? i want to install all of the required software it requires so that this laptop runs to its full potencial like the hard drive fall protection, cool sense, etc...... also which website do i go to pull of all of drivers and software for windows 7 64bit???

You should be able to use the drivers/software from the Model below - Note:  Do not use the Bios or Firmware packages.
