Need PCI simple communications controller driver for my HP 430 notebook PC?

windows 7 32 bit system.
India

my problem is with the PCI simple communications controller driver

the error message in device manager i get is : PCI simple communications controller driver

The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)

There is no driver selected for the device information set or element.

To find a driver for this device, click Update Driver.

I have checked the manufacturer's site for drivers but they could not help.

BUT MY WIFI AND SOUNDS ARE OK ONLY PROBLEM IN MIC, WHEN I HAVE GONE TO DEVICE MANAGER MENU

THERE IS ONLY ONE PROBLEM ON OTHER DEVICE LINK PCI simple communications controller driver SHOWS YELLOW ICON
