Hello, I own an HP 15-r118nv with windows32 bit operating system and  am phasing two drivers errors in my Device manager :

 

ethernet controller:

PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_8136&SUBSYS_2211103C

 

 

Please I need your help

Thanks for the replay. I tried to install the http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp45001-45500/sp4520​5.exe

I got the following message. In my device the Ethernet controller still has the error.

First install the Intel chipset driver and reboot.
